    “people might just object to giving you money to use something that lowers your costs…” Exaxctly, like paying the cable company for the privilege of changing the channels you subscribe to…. or paying cell phone service providers (I’m looking at you, SPRINT) to *activate* a new cell phone on an existing account. You know, like, on top of the $70 a month I’m already going to pay you.
